         Standard Room rates are:

              $103.20 per week night rate (plus city, occupancy, and sales taxes).

    $111.20 per weekend night (plus city, occupancy, and sales taxes).

    *There is a "Deluxe" option for a few dollars more, per night.

    Reservation Rates: Our special block/group rate is good for several days before and after our reunion dates. That way, if you'd like to spend a little longer in Colorado Springs, the lower rate is available.

    *We're famous for our daily complimentary breakfast buffet with made-to-order omelets and waffle bar. We pride ourselves on going above and beyond to satisfy our guests.

    Indoor Heated Pool: 7 am - 10 pm.

    Located in our lush atrium surrounded by luxurious greenery and waterfalls, guests can enjoy swimming in the pool every day of the year.

    The Academy Hotel's cardio and weight rooms are equipped with the essentials to get in a good workout.

    Falcon's Bar & Grill features an all-American menu with a variety of appetizers, salads, Flatbreads, Handhelds, entrees and desserts to choose from. You'll love the sports bar atmosphere and excellent service.

    Games can be checked out at the Front Desk and are subject to availability. The Nintendo SWITCH Station is set up in the Lobby after breakfast. The Game room is located behind the pool where you can enjoy playing ping pong and foosball.

    The convenience store is located at the Front Desk where you can purchase beverages, snacks, wine, beer and cigarettes.

    Located in the A & B Buildings.

    PLANNED AGENDA:


         The “Command Post” (CP) provides a full-sized meeting room to relax, visit, and just hang out with friends. It also includes complimentary snacks, beverages (e.g., sodas, regular/decaf coffee, hot water f/tea, etc.), and alcohol (21 and older)!


    The costs of these things are included in your registration fee. Please tip your volunteer bartender at "The Drop Zone" bar inside the CP!


         Ensure that you register/pay for additional attendees that want to access the CP and/or join the banquet dinner on Saturday.

    WEDNESDAY – September 9th, The CP (Academy Meeting Roo

    • First day of Reunion CHECK-IN!
    *Remember, hotel room check-in begins at: 4 PM
    • 12:00 PM (noon) - 12:00 AM (midnight), The CP opens (officially) for Reunion check-in & registration support, normal amenities, and some 509th merchandise.

    THURSDAY – September 10th, The CP (Academy Meeting Room)

    • 9:00 AM - 12:00 AM (midnight), The CP opens (officially) for Reunion check-in & registration support, normal amenities, and some 509th merchandise.

    FRIDAY – September 11th, The CP (Academy Meeting Room)

    • Check with front desk for breakfast hours of operation.
    • 9:00 AM - 12:00 AM (midnight), The CP opens (officially) for Reunion check-in & registration support, normal amenities, and some 509th merchandise.
    • PIZZA BUFFET Lunch - Included in registration for members!

    SATURDAY – September 12th, The CP (Academy Meeting Room)

    • Check with front desk for breakfast hours of operation.
    • 9:00 AM, The CP opens (officially).
    • 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM (noon), Membership Board Meeting is called to order. Normal CP amenities and bar will be closed during the meeting. Following the membership meeting, the CP will be available for a short time before the banquet preparation. 
    • The dinner banquet will be held in this same meeting room!
    • 4:30 PM, Dinner Reception. Preferred attire: “business casual”, appropriate military uniform, or anything more formal. There will be a cash bar (hotel operated).
    • 5:00 PM, Posting of Colors
    • National Anthem
    • Invocation
    • Introduction of Distinguished Guests & Association Officers
    • Toasts
    • Call to Order
    • Guest Speaker
    • Gift Presentation
    • Order of Geronimo Ceremony
    • Final Remarks by the President
    • Retirement of the Colors
    • 6:30 PM, DINNER (buffet style)

      • Chicken Osso Buco (chicken thighs braised in a rich sauce of white wine and herbs).
      • Vegetable Medley
      • Salad
      • Dessert
    • Following dinner, we will conduct a 50/50 raffle and then auction all the donated items!  If you have any auction items to donate, please bring them or contact: abn509thassoc@yahoo.com for instructions on where to send donation items.
    • Our own DJ will host music and dancing after the raffle and auction!
    • 12:00 AM (midnight), hospitality room closes.


    SUNDAY – September 13th

    • CHECK-OUT Day!
    • The CP will NOT be open Sunday morning.
    • Have a safe trip home!
